Mur­al Kas­arna / Payo Sanf

Born in Osorno, Chile, and now based in Prague, Payo Sanf moves between archi­tec­ture, paint­ing, and skate­board­ing. His mur­als and works fuse struc­tur­al rig­or with free, ges­tur­al loose­ness. The lan­guage of geo­metry — echo­ing his archi­tec­tur­al train­ing — is con­stantly inter­rup­ted by impro­visa­tion, turn­ing fixed forms into flu­id con­ver­sa­tions. Mur­al Kas­arna is part of that prac­tice: a nego­ti­ation between con­trol and free­dom, between built envir­on­ment and lived moment.
