En Route: An Ana­log Photo Jour­ney with Tobi­as Ulbrich

As part of the Vladi­mir Film Fest­iv­al 2024 in Pula, Croa­tia, Tobi­as Ulbrich presents “En Route,” an ana­log pho­to­graphy exhib­i­tion that cap­tures the vibrant essence of both skate­boarders and every­day civil­ians in pub­lic spaces across the globe. Span­ning over a dec­ade, Ulbrich’s work doc­u­ments life in diverse loc­a­tions such as Sicily, Nepal, Colom­bia, Mon­go­lia, Panama, Mozam­bi­que, Yemen, Ber­lin, South Africa, and bey­ond. Through his lens, each image offers a unique glimpse into the inter­sec­tion of skate cul­ture and daily life, reveal­ing the uni­ver­sal exper­i­ences that con­nect us all.
