Diz Caught 22 — a Trans­port­a­tion of Memories

You know there’s not much to say about those, oth­er than they are pretty much the total, with which we ended up with after the tour. Digit­al and ana­log, DSLR and pock­et egg cam, to dis­pos­able Kodaks — its all in there. And thats what you get togeth­er on a nice tour.

What is dif­fer­ent — but prob­ably not new — is the urge to do some­thing to not just get the few best skateshots in a mag — and lose the rest on socials, but to cre­ate some­thing that lasts. Keep those memor­ies at hand. 

Our plan is to: print them all on cheap paper, glue them to a piece of wood, around 400 pic­tures, show them in rela­tion to the ‘Been there Before’ edit, cut them into same-sized pieces (around A2), and after VFF, drive them back to Switzer­land with Kid’s van, then take pic­tures of those A2 pieces for a zine, do the zine, reas­semble the pieces back again to a pic­ture which we can show at a new place. On a wall again.
