Plastic Jesus / Solo Tango
“Plastic Jesus” follows Toronto skate crew Solo Tango through a Serbian odyssey sparked by Admiral Spasic’s return to Belgrade. Drawn to spaces beyond the usual Western skate map, the crew spent weeks skating marble plazas, cutty hillbombs, and brutalist courtyards while building friendships with the local community.
Serbia welcomed us with open arms. Over weeks of skating the city’s marble plazas, steep hill bombs, and brutalist courtyards, friendships formed, and the city became the setting for something much bigger than a skate trip.
