Super London by Phil Evans
Phil Evans presents a short film starring Jeremy Jones skating the streets and riding the rails of London. The project was shot on Super‑8 film which was then processed, scanned and hand-painted afterwards (and scanned again) to create colorful paint animations. After everything was scanned, a bulk of the footage was arranged into patterns that resemble strips of film as they pass through a Super‑8 projector.
